I grew up in Orange County, as did my wife Jennifer. We are the products of public schools in Orange County, and have enjoyed the success that our schools can provide. We have also run into challenges in both our schooling, and our children's schools. We know that academic success is a partnership between the students, parents, and teachers. We want to help instill that success for everyone in Orange Unified.
My wife Jenn and I have raised our three children in the Orange Unified School District Schools.. Cooper who has graduated from Villa Park High School, Donovan who is currently a senior, and Nixon who is in eighth grade and about to enter High School.
We have seen great things from the dedicated teachers and administrators working to provide education for our community, and want to see all of our children achieve success.
Our kids deserve the opportunities to grow in the fields they are most interested in. Whether that means going to college, becoming an athlete, learning a trade, joining the military, or finding an artistic outlet - Orange Unified should enable all of those possible pursuits.
Looking at the famous alumni from our schools we know the opportunity is there - we just need to ensure it for our children's future.
